Keith to Huntly - Balloch Rider's Route

A 13 mile route between the Market Town’s of Keith and Huntly taking in Balloch, Brownhill & Bin Forests. The route is the old Balloch Rider’s Route, developed for horse riders but used predominantly by Walkers/Cyclists & Runners these days. Depending on weather, the route will take in Balloch Hill (365m) which has stunning views on a nice day and the 13 miles includes Forestry roads, grassy paths, farm tracks and some sections of tarmac on minor roads. Transport will be provided from Huntly to Keith and a packed lunch will be provided at the finish in Huntly.
